The Rowlett Real Estate School is one of the leading educational services in Nebraska. We provide state approved online courses for pre, post and Continuing Education (CEU) for the Real Estate industry and many other professional state licensed occupations.

The Rowlett Real Estate School is a Florida Course Provider both online and in the classroom. We are also in an affiliate partnership with Career WebSchool, Real Estate Express, McKissock and Financial Strategies to offer more online professional courses available in one place. Meet Our Staff

Sam Belcher

Mr. Belcher, President and owner of Belcher Real Estate & Auctions, Inc, retired form International Paper’s Arizona Chemical Division as National Accounts Manager and started his second career in real estate sales. Sam is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. He is also a licensed Auctioneer in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. He worked for ERA real estate as a Sales Associate while attaining his real estate Broker license. He immediately tested for and attained his Florida Real Estate Instructor License. Sam has experience in conventional real estate sales as well as real estate auction sales. He has taught Sales Pre, Broker Pre, 45 hour Post, State Prep courses and CE classes for the last 7 years for other real estate schools. Sam has a BS degree from Auburn University and graduated from the Missouri Auction School in 1994. He has completed the academic requirements for AARE (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) and CES (Certified Estate Specialist) offered through the National Auctioneer Association. Sam is an Auctioneer Instructor for the Alabama Auction School offered through Troy University-Dothan. In addition to managing Belcher Real Estate and Auctions, Inc. and teaching, Sam has served as a freelance auctioneer with experience in real estate, bankruptcy, estate, personal property and fundraising auctions.

Donald P. Brown

Throughout my career I have been involved in the building and management of various commercial, residential and manufacturing projects in the US and other countries.

For the last several years I have been working in the Real Estate industry in Bay and surrounding counties. I have been the Broker of Record for D. Brown Real Estate Services.

In addition to working in real estate I have provided consulted services for commercial developers, residential investors and operating business. Most recently existing business consulting service was for a Texas company that operates in Mexico and Texas.

My focus in the Real Estate industry is on:

• Real Estate Market growth opportunities and valuation
• Developing practicl valuation application & methods  for the Realtor practitioner
• Evaluation of commercial and investment properties
• Developing Real Estate market trends for the investor and home buyer

• FREC licensed Florida Residential Appraiser Instructor

Captain Wayne Rowlett

Captain Wayne Rowlett is the owner and founder of “Rowlett Real Estate School”. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and will soon join Sam Belcher in the teaching responsibilities.

Captain Wayne is a native of southern Georgia and holds an MBA and a BS in Aviation Management from Cheshire University. Captain Wayne served in the United States Marine Corps during Viet Nam and the Georgia Guard as the G-4 Logistics officer.

As a pilot, he is an active flight instructor holding certificates as a CFII, MEI, AGI, IGI and ATP. He flew for an international charter company and has flown all over the world. In 2003, Captain Wayne earned his USCG 100 ton master and became a US Merchant Marine Officer.

Captain Wayne is accustomed to multitasking with many people to achieve a common goal in high stress environments. He has managed family-owned subdivision developments in the Atlanta, Georgia area for ten years and enjoyed the challenges of complex real estate transactions. He is the recipient of the Platinum award from the Franklin Gulf County Realtors Association.

He now lives in Bonifay, FL a pleasant rural community north of Panama City . Served on the board of trustees of his local church, worked with the local Emergency Management Team and was a member of the South Gulf County Volunteer Fire Department until his move to Holmes County.

In 2006 Captain Wayne produced and hosted a national, 30-minute Real Estate TV show each week that showcased exceptional homes and properties in the Florida panhandle, because of market conditions, it has been canceled indefinitely. He enjoys the opportunity to help others fulfill their goals and dreams.
